5.12 kWh Deye SE-G5.1 LiFePO4 battery for rack, wall or floor
The Deye SE-G5.1 is a 5.12 kWh LiFePO4 battery, the size most installers treat as the building block of a home storage system. At 133 mm tall it slides into a standard rack, and it will equally sit on the floor or hang on a wall. Up to 64 units can be paralleled, giving 327 kWh at the top end.
Sixteen cells in one series string (1P16S) give 100 Ah at 51.2 V. Deye rates the pack for at least 6,000 cycles, recommends 80% depth of discharge in daily use, and backs it for 5 years. Charge and discharge are capped at 50 A continuous with a 100 A peak for ten seconds, so a large array is better served by two of these in parallel than by leaning on one. The IP20 case means indoors or a sealed cabinet, and at 44 kg it is a two-person lift.
