Jinko Solar N-Type Bifacial 715 W
A dual-glass bifacial module built on N-type TOPCon cells, which hold their output in high heat and weak light where older panels fade. The back face collects light reflected off the roof or the ground and adds real extra generation, so it earns its keep on commercial rooftops, carports and ground-mounted plants. Glass on both sides, an anodised aluminium frame and IEC 61215/61730 certification carry it through wind, snow and dust loading.
Key Features
- Power from both faces — The glass back sheet lets reflected light generate too, rated at 80% of the front side's power.
- Holds output year after year — N-type TOPCon cells with HOT 3.0 and SMBB technology degrade slower and perform better in weak light.
- Stands up to the weather — Certified to IEC 61215:2021 and IEC 61730:2023 and load-tested at 5400 Pa on the front and 2400 Pa on the back.
- Made for hot climates — Rated from -40°C to +70°C with an IP68 junction box and cells guarded against PID losses.

FAQs
How much extra power does the back face actually give?
The rear face is rated at 80% of the front (plus or minus 5%), and the real gain depends on how bright the surface under the array is, how high it is mounted and its tilt. Jinko measures the bifacial figures on this datasheet with 135 W/m2 of light reaching the back, which is a realistic reference for a light-coloured roof or ground.
What warranty comes with the module?
12 years on the product itself and 30 years of linear power warranty. Output is warranted to fall no more than 1% in the first year and 0.40% a year after that, leaving at least 87.4% of the rated power in year 30.
What are the dimensions and weight for mounting?
Each module is 2384 x 1303 x 33 mm and weighs 37.5 kg, with 132 half-cells behind 2.0 mm anti-reflective front glass and 2.0 mm heat-strengthened back glass in an anodised aluminium frame. Modules ship 33 to a pallet, 594 in a 40-foot high-cube container.
