Deye 60–80 kW Three-Phase High-Voltage Hybrid Solar Inverter
The SUN SG02HP3 is Deye's largest three-phase hybrid inverter, built for a factory, a cold store or a hotel that wants to run on solar by day and stored power into the evening. All four ratings take high-voltage lithium batteries between 160 V and 1000 V across two separate battery inputs, and any of them will pass 200 A of grid supply straight through to the loads. What separates them is how much panel they will accept and how much current they can push back out.
True of every rating
- Two battery inputs, each charging and discharging at up to 80 A, so storage can be added in two banks rather than one
- Six MPPT trackers per unit and up to 10 units in parallel, enough scope for a roof broken into several sections
- 200 A of grid supply passes straight through to the loads, and the whole rating can sit on one phase if the site is unbalanced
- The same 105 kg cabinet on every rating, IP65 sealed and rated from -40°C to 60°C

60 kW three-phase hybrid inverter for a factory on 120 kW of panels
The entry point of the range, and the one that copes best with a low-voltage array: it holds full output from 365 V upward, where the 80 kW wants 485 V. You can wire 120 kW of panels to it, of which 96 kW converts at any one moment, which leaves room for east and west pitches on a single machine. Rated output is 91 A per phase, peaking at 100 A and 66 kVA.

70 kW three-phase hybrid solar inverter with 112 kW of usable PV
A 70 kW rating for sites whose supply agreement lands between the 60 and 75 kW models. It accepts 140 kW of panels with 112 kW usable at once, and delivers 106.1 A per phase, climbing to 116.7 A and 77 kVA at the ceiling. The array has to reach 425 V before it will hold full output, so strings run a little longer than they would on the 60 kW.
Panels connectable: 140 kW · Usable PV input: 112 kW · Rated current per phase: 106.1 A · Full-output PV window: 425-850 V

75 kW three-phase hybrid inverter for a large commercial rooftop
This sits between the 70 and 80 kW models and is the usual pick when a 150 kW array is already on the roof, since 120 kW of that reaches the inverter at any one time. Output runs at 113.7 A per phase and rises to 125 A, with 82.5 kVA of apparent power for motor starting and similar surges. Full output begins once the strings clear 455 V.
Panels connectable: 150 kW · Usable PV input: 120 kW · Rated current per phase: 113.7 A · Full-output PV window: 455-850 V

80 kW three-phase hybrid inverter, the biggest in the SG02HP3 line
The largest of the four accepts 160 kW of panels with 128 kW converted at once, and pushes 121.3 A per phase, peaking at 133.4 A and 88 kVA. It also asks the most of the array, holding rated output only from 485 V upward, so strings need to be long enough to stay above that on a dull morning. Ten of these in parallel bring a site to 800 kW.
Panels connectable: 160 kW · Usable PV input: 128 kW · Rated current per phase: 121.3 A · Full-output PV window: 485-850 V
