Deye 120–136 kW Three-Phase Solar Inverter
This is the largest three-phase solar inverter Deye builds for rooftops and ground mounts that need real capacity: five ratings from 120 kW up to 136 kW, all on the same 103 kg chassis. Eight separate tracker inputs let you run strings at different angles or on different roof faces without one shaded string pulling the rest down. Every unit is sealed to IP65 and keeps working to 60°C ambient, with output derating above 45°C.

The 120 kW is the only unit here rated at 132 kVA, and its 200 A maximum output current is the lowest in the range, which usually means a smaller AC cable and a cheaper breaker. Rated output current sits at 181.9 A. It accepts up to 180 kW of panels, so a 1.5 ratio of array to inverter still fits. Pick it when the grid connection caps you near 120 kW.

125 kW three-phase string inverter, a small step up on the same frame
At 125 kW the apparent power climbs to 135 kVA and rated output current to 189.4 A, while the panel ceiling rises to 187.5 kW. That extra 7.5 kW of array headroom over the 120 kW unit is the practical reason to choose it: you fit two or three more strings without buying a second inverter. Cabling, mounting frame and enclosure stay exactly the same.

130 kW three-phase inverter for a 195 kW array on one connection
The 130 kW takes up to 195 kW of panels and runs a rated output current of 197 A. Its 204.6 A maximum output current and 135 kVA apparent power are shared with the 125 kW and 135 kW units, so the real gain is 7.5 kW more array than the 125 kW model on identical AC hardware. That suits a site where roof space is the limit rather than the grid connection.

135 kW three-phase inverter that runs at its own current ceiling
At 135 kW the rated output current and the maximum output current are the same number, 204.6 A, so the unit works at the top of its 135 kVA rating continuously instead of holding a reserve. Panel input goes to 202.5 kW. Size the AC breaker and cable for 204.6 A on this model, not for a lower rated figure, because on this one the two values are identical.

The 136 kW sits at the top of the family and is the only one rated 136 kVA, with rated and maximum output current both at 206.1 A. It carries up to 204 kW of panels, the largest array allowance here. Choose it when your grid connection can take 206.1 A per phase and you want every kilowatt the chassis offers. The 135 kW model gives up 1.5 kW of array for almost the same current.
