The SG01HP3 is Deye's three-phase hybrid inverter for commercial roofs, farms and workshops, built around a high-voltage battery rather than a 48 V one. Three ratings are offered, 29.9 kW, 30 kW and 35 kW, and all of them charge and discharge at 100 A across two battery inputs. Ten units can be wired in parallel when one is not enough.

  • Runs a high-voltage battery from 160 V to 800 V, on two inputs of 50 A each
  • Passes 200 A of grid current through to the loads, and holds 1.5 times rated power for 10 seconds off-grid
  • Ten units in parallel, with 100% unbalanced output so a single phase can carry the whole load
  • 80 kg IP65 cabinet, air-cooled, rated from -40 to +60 C and up to 2000 m altitude

29.9 kW three-phase hybrid inverter capped at 29,900 VA for grid rules

The 29.9 kW exists for one reason: many grid operators cap a connection at 30 kVA, and this model's apparent output is held to exactly 29,900 VA instead of being oversized above its rating. It takes 59,800 W of panels, 38,870 W of DC input power, and puts out 45.4 A per phase. If the utility paperwork carries a 30 kVA limit, this is the version that clears it without an argument.

30 kW three-phase high-voltage hybrid inverter, 33 kVA apparent output

Same 30 kW class, but the apparent output runs to 33,000 VA, so it can push 50 A per phase when the sun is strong and the battery is helping. Panel capacity is 60,000 W with 39,000 W of DC input. Choose it over the 29.9 kW anywhere the grid connection is not capped, since the extra 3,100 VA of headroom comes in the same 80 kg cabinet at the same size.

35 kW three-phase hybrid solar inverter for a 70 kW panel array

The biggest of the three, at 38,500 VA and 58.4 A per phase, fed by as much as 70,000 W of panels and 45,500 W of DC input. One point to watch in the string design: at full load its tracking window starts at 420 V rather than the 360 V of the two smaller models, so strings need a few more modules to hold rated output. The cabinet is unchanged at 80 kg.
