Deye 300–2250 W Micro-Inverter
A micro-inverter sits under the panel and turns its output into mains power right there, so one shaded module cannot drag down the rest of the roof. Deye's G4 micro-inverter line runs from 300 W up to 2250 W, covering a single balcony panel through to a four-panel commercial string. Every unit is sealed to IP67, carries a 10-year warranty and reports over built-in Wi-Fi.

300 W micro-inverter for one panel, 17 units on a single branch
The smallest unit in the line, for one panel rated between 210 W and 420 W. Because it draws so little current, 17 of them share a single branch circuit, which makes it the cheapest way to wire a long row of small modules. AC output is 1.4 A. The whole thing weighs 1.85 kg and measures 173 by 158.5 by 31.5 mm, small enough to clamp to the panel rail out of sight.

400 W micro-inverter for a single panel rated up to 560 W
One panel again, but the input window widens to 560 W, which covers most ordinary residential modules on sale today. Output rises to 1.9 A and branch capacity drops to 13 units, since each one draws more current. It uses the same 1.85 kg housing and the same single tracker as the 300 W. This is the right pick when the roof carries standard 400 W to 550 W panels and you want one micro per panel.

500 W micro-inverter for one 700 W panel, ten per branch circuit
The largest of the single-panel units, taking modules from 210 W all the way to 700 W. Output is 2.3 A and ten units fit on one branch. It shares the 1.85 kg case with the 300 W and 400 W, so nothing about mounting or clamping changes. Worth choosing over the 400 W only if the modules genuinely exceed 560 W, because the extra headroom costs you branch capacity.

600 W micro-inverter for two panels, one balcony or small roof
First model to serve two panels, with a separate tracker for each, so a module in shade does not pull its neighbour down with it. Each input takes 210 W to 420 W. Output is 2.8 A, eight units fit per branch, and the housing grows to 3 kg at 280.5 by 190 by 40 mm. Two panels per unit halves the number of micros and AC connectors on a roof.
Panels per unit: 2 · Panel size accepted: 210 to 420 W each · Units per branch: 8 · Max AC output: 2.8 A

800 W micro-inverter for two panels of up to 560 W each, six per branch
Two panels, two trackers, and an input window that stretches to 560 W per module, which suits a pair of standard residential panels. It gives 3.7 A of AC output and six units fit on one branch. Weight is 3 kg, the same body as the 600 W and 1000 W. For a balcony or a shed array built from two modern modules, this is usually the size that fits.
Panels per unit: 2 · Panel size accepted: 210 to 560 W each · Units per branch: 6 · Max AC output: 3.7 A
Model code: SUN-M80G4-EU-Q0
1000 W micro-inverter for two 700 W panels, five units per branch
Two panels of up to 700 W each, the top of the twin-input group. Output reaches 4.6 A and five units share a branch. It uses the same 3 kg body as the 600 W and 800 W, so an installer can stock one bracket for all three sizes. Pick it when the modules are large-format 600 W or 700 W panels and you still want one micro for every two of them.
Panels per unit: 2 · Panel size accepted: 210 to 700 W each · Units per branch: 5 · Max AC output: 4.6 A

1300 W micro-inverter for four panels rated 210 to 460 W each
The first four-panel unit, with four independent trackers in a 5.1 kg housing measuring 311 by 250.5 by 36.5 mm. Each input takes a module between 210 W and 460 W, the narrowest panel window in the four-input group. Output is 6 A and five units fit on a branch. Fewer boxes and fewer cable runs than four separate micros, at the cost of one shared enclosure.
Panels per unit: 4 · Panel size accepted: 210 to 460 W each · Units per branch: 5 · Max AC output: 6 A

1600 W micro-inverter for four panels of up to 560 W, four per branch
Four panels again, but each input now accepts up to 560 W, so it fits ordinary residential modules rather than the smaller ones the 1300 W is limited to. Output climbs to 7.3 A and branch capacity falls to four units. The 5.1 kg housing is unchanged. At full load its tracking window opens at 31.5 V, a little higher than the 1300 W, which only matters on very low-voltage modules.
Panels per unit: 4 · Panel size accepted: 210 to 560 W each · Units per branch: 4 · Max AC output: 7.3 A
Model code: SUN-M160G4-EU-Q0
1800 W micro-inverter for four panels rated up to 630 W each
Four inputs taking modules up to 630 W each, sitting between the 1600 W and the 2000 W. Output is 8.2 A and three units share a branch, as on every size above it. Weight stays at 5.1 kg in the same 311 by 250.5 mm housing. Its full-load tracking window opens at 33 V. This is the size to choose when the roof runs 550 W to 630 W panels in groups of four.
Panels per unit: 4 · Panel size accepted: 210 to 630 W each · Units per branch: 3 · Max AC output: 8.2 A
Model code: SUN-M180G4-EU-Q0
2000 W micro-inverter for four 700 W panels on a shared roof string
Four panels of up to 700 W each in the 5.1 kg housing, giving 9.1 A of AC output with three units per branch. Full-load tracking starts at 36.5 V, so the modules need a reasonable open-circuit voltage to hold rated output. On a commercial roof built from 650 W or 700 W modules this handles four of them per box and keeps the AC connector count down.
Panels per unit: 4 · Panel size accepted: 210 to 700 W each · Units per branch: 3 · Max AC output: 9.1 A
Model code: SUN-M200G4-EU-Q0
2200 W micro-inverter for four panels up to 770 W, 10 A AC output
A physically larger unit than the 1300 W through 2000 W: 358 by 255.5 by 36.5 mm and 5.2 kg. Each of the four inputs carries 18 A rather than 15 A and accepts modules up to 770 W. Output is 10 A with three units per branch. That higher input current is the real difference here, because it is what allows the bigger modules rather than simply a higher AC rating.
Panels per unit: 4 · Panel size accepted: 210 to 770 W each · Units per branch: 3 · Max AC output: 10 A
Model code: SUN-M220G4-EU-Q0
2250 W micro-inverter, the largest here, for panels up to 790 W
The largest micro-inverter in this range, and very close to the 2200 W. It shares the 5.2 kg body and the 18 A per-input rating, and differs in two figures: modules up to 790 W instead of 770 W, and 10.3 A of AC output instead of 10 A. Three units per branch either way. Unless your modules fall between 770 W and 790 W, the two are interchangeable in practice.
Panels per unit: 4 · Panel size accepted: 210 to 790 W each · Units per branch: 3 · Max AC output: 10.3 A
